To buy FCA, there are just steps for getting your green coffee!:

• Step One: Tell us what you are looking for.

• Step Two: We will send you samples matching your profile

• Step Three: Place your order and arrange payment.

• Step Four: Collect or arrange delivery of the coffee from the warehouse.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

​

You can place your order by email or phone and we will send you a sales order for you to sign and return. At this point you let us know when you would like to collect the coffee or have it delivered.

If you are ordering before the coffee starts landing, we will keep you informed of the coffee’s journey to its landing.

For new clients, payment is due prior to release of your first order. After your third order (or for existing clients located in UK, and Europe) we are able to extend it.

 

Terms: We offer FOB terms if your buying from Guatemala or FCA from UK, Europe or Australia, which means the price includes all costs to the point the coffee is loaded onto the truck leaving the warehouse.

OUR MINIMUM ORDER

​

We work with all sizes of roaster whether you require a few bags or multiple containers. Shipping rates are generally by the pallet (approx 10 bags) so buying in full pallet increments offers the best value, particularly for international shipments. We have a three bag minimum order per release.

HOW WE PACKAGE

​

Our coffees are packaged in GrainPro or ecotact liners, inside our custom repurposed denim bags. GrainPro liners are tough, multi-layer plastic bags which act as barriers to gas and moisture. Tests have shown the bags extend the colour, flavour and aroma life of coffee. Each bag holds 69kg of coffee. Our denim bags are made by The New Denim Project, who repurpose textile and denim scraps to make our sustainable and unique bags - read more about these here.

FORWARD COFFEE

​

Planning ahead is the best way to get early access to the best lots being produced. Our clients choose to place an order with us to purchase coffee in the future (buying “Forward”). If your new to this, we will guide you through your options and discuss what is best for you and your business. Drop us a line here to discuss further.

CONSOLIDATING PALLETS

​

We are happy to work with our warehouse to combine your order in pallets with coffees from other vendors, to reduce shipping costs.

WAREHOUSES

​

Currently our coffee is warehoused with Vollers both the UK & Antwerp and in Australia we use Perth. In the US we use different warehouses in both the West Coast and East coast.

DELIVERING TO

​

Wherever you are, we will work with you to find a shipping route and estimate costs and delivery times. FOB (GUA) sales shipped directly from origin.

 

 

COFFEE SPECIFICATIONS

​

We know all our farmers very well. We will supply you with information on them, their farms and coffees as standard, including beautiful photos. We are happy to provide any additional information as requested, and work together to provide you the necessary marketing materials to help you keep your customers and staff knowledgeable on the farmers that you are collaborating with.
